Itinerary( 10 Days from Yunnan through Guizhou to Guilin, Yangshuo):
D1 Kunming---Xingyi D
Meet the tour guide from Guizhou at Crown Hotel of Xingyi before
dinner and check in. Xinyi is the capital city of Southwest Guizhou-Qianxinan.
Stay in Xingyi
D2 Xingyi B+L+D
Visit the western part of Ten Thousand
Peak Hills in the morning, this is the most
beautiful landscape in the provine. We will also visit the wedding
custom museum
in the outskirt of Xingyi. This afternoon, we will drive to
have the boat trip on the Wanfeng
Lake, Wangfeng lake is a precious pearl on Guizhou
plateau surrounded by numerous stunning peaks.

D3 Xingyi---Zhenfeng B+L+D
This morning, we will visit Malinghe
gorge, Malinghe gorge is said the most beautiful
scar in the world. There are many cascades falling down through
both side of the gorge, with an average hight of some 200 meters,
the best part of the gorge is called "Tian Xing Hua Lang"
which gives people a deep impression. Then drive to Zhenfeng and
visit the Black
Miao
and a Buyi
village . Zhenfeng is a small town, but if lucky,
we may see its market, the market here is very intereting, because
the Black Miao and Buyi women still in trational costume come to
the market.

D4 Zhenfeng---Anshun B+L+D
Today we drive to Liuzhi, on the way, we will stop to walk on
the Beipanjiang Bridge enjoying the awesome and spectacular view
of Huajiang Grand Canyon. Sightsee
Huangguoshu Grand Waterfall
which is the largest and most beautiful waterfall in China with
a height of 76 meters and a wideth of 81 meters. Visit a Buyi village
in which the houses are made of stones, we may see local
Buyi women make batiks and
buy their textiles if lucky.

D5 Anshun---Liuzhi---Guiyang

This morning we will drive to the remote coner of Liuzhi to visit
the Long
Horned Miao and see a performance, after the performance,
we explore the village, the Miao here are pretty poor due to the
special geografic invirenment. But the Miao women here are very
skillful at wax printing and making embroidery, men also have their
fine traditional costume with high quality embroidery and stitching
which is different the other Miao region obveriously. On the way
to Guiyang, we have to drive throuh the town of Liuzhi again. In
Anshun city on thw way Guiyang we will visit the batik
work shop there you can purchase batiks

D6 Guiyang--- Kaili

Drive to Kaili for about two and half hour on the free way, visit
the ethnic
group museum when arrival Kaili so as to have a general
idea and understanding of the mirority culture of this region. Kaili
is the capital city of Southeast Guizhou-Qiandongnan where the Miao
is the majority in the region. In the afternoon, visit Shiqiao
village
and see local people make indigenous paper.

D7 Kaili---Rongjiang

Today we drive to Rongjiang through beautiful rivers and mountains.
In the moring, we visit
Langde Miao village on the
way to Rongjiang, before entering the village, we need to drink
rice from the twelve table blocking the road which is the most grand
welcom ceremony of Miao, and then we will enjoy a performance of
dancing and singing of Miao people in the village. Langde village
is in the area of Leishang county, it is 17 kms from Leishan and
30 kms from Kaili city, it's the home to Miao folk arts, and regared
as one of the national key pretection unit by old wood architectures.
The village has a long history of some 600 years up to now, and
there are more 130 families. After the performance, we visit Tony's
family and have lunch at Tony's home. Continue the journey to Rongjiang,
enjoy the beautiful terraced field
scenery en route.

D8 Rongjiang---Zhaoxing

Visit Yintan
Dong village and enjoy the Dong performance. Yintan
village is located in a small basin of the hight mountain in Congjiang
county, there are two exquisite old drum towers and more than 220
families in the village, this is a very interesting village, I highly
recommend this village. Have lunch in Congjiang, then continue the
trip to Zhaoxing, after arriving at Zhaoxing and checking in at
the hotel, you may visit Zhaoxing
Dong village by yourself. Zhaoxing is the largest
Dong village in Liping county, it is 68 killometers away from the
county. There are 5 exquisite and beautiful drum towers, 5 wind
and rain bridges in the village.

D9 Zhaoxing---Sangjiang B+L+D
Visit Tang'an
Dong eco village, visit the wind
and rain bridge in Diping, the bridge and Sanwang-Three
King Temple in Heli
on the way Sanjiang. Have lunch at a small restaurant in the town
of Yangxi, alough Yangxi is a small town, and the restaurant looks
not very good conditioned, the food is excellent. Continue the journey
to Sanjiang, visit Chengyang Roofed Bridge
if time permit.

D10 Sanjiang-Longji-Guilin
or Yangshuo B+L
Drive to Longji, have a hiking tour to enjoy the spectacular rice
paddies in Ping'an Zhuang village-Dragon
Back Bone Terraced Fields
if the weather is good, after lunch, drive to Guilin or Yangshuo,
we will get to Guilin or Yangshuo before the dinner, finish the
trip. You will arrange your own meal, accommodation and the rest
trip in Guilin and Yangshuo.
