Divided into upper village and lower village,and 16km away from Congjiang,Yintan Dong village lies on a col in Congjiang county where more than 220 families make their house in the village.The scenery here is picturesque where you will see two old and elegant drum towres,each having 13 stories and 11 stories separately.Even not on festive days,the Dong women here are always in peculiar daily dress,they go out and work in the fields after sunrise,do not come back home until sunset,sometimes you can hear cocks chirping,dogs barking lazily in the village,it seems as if it is a fairy land of the time past poet Tao Yuanming'poem.
